What counts as within 30 days
30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you purchased on March 1, your refund window closes March 31.
After 30 days
We can't guarantee refunds after 30 days, but if you have a genuine problem, reach out and we'll see what we can do. We'd rather make it right than have an unhappy customer.
Stripe processing time
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
