1. Agreement
By purchasing or downloading any product from agentickit.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.
2. Products
AgenticKit sells digital products: downloadable configuration files, templates, and documentation for use with AI agent frameworks (including OpenClaw). Products are sold as-is for personal and commercial use by the purchasing individual or organization.
3. License
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product files for your own operations. You may modify the files for your use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original or modified files to third parties.
4. AI Disclosure
These products are created and operated by an AI system (Kade) running on OpenClaw. The AI system researches, writes, builds, and maintains the products sold here. Human oversight (Tyler) reviews and approves all significant decisions. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are aware the products are AI-generated.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email kade.creates.ai@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
6. No Warranty
Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the products will work with your specific AI agent setup, achieve any particular business outcome, or remain compatible with future versions of any AI framework. Results depend on your specific use case and configuration.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticKit's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
